ENROLLMENT DETAILS

  1. All courses payable by cash, cheque or credit card upon arrival for training. Clients with an existing account (in good standing) with Labor Tek Safety must provide a Purchase Order Number for invoicing purposes. Clients wishing to open an account with Labor Tek Safety must complete a credit verification form. Allow 1-2 weeks for credit check.
  2. A cancellation fee applies to cancellations received 72 hrs or less before the scheduled beginning of your course. The cancellation fee is 50% of the total cost of your cancelled course(s).
  3. Participants enrolled in the following courses must bring Grade 1, CSA approved steel toe footwear to class:
  4. Courses are instructed in English. (French courses available upon request)
  5. To be considered registered in any courses; Labor Tek Safety Training must confirm your registration.
    (Via fax or E-mail)
  6. Participants are required to be present the entire length of the course to obtain a "Record of Training". Participants arriving 30 minutes or later than the scheduled start time of the course will not receive training records, and their enrolment fee will not be reimbursed.
  7. All prices are based on a minimum of 15 participants per course. Prices may vary for smaller or larger group sessions.
  8. Teaching aids used in class include televisions, overhead projectors, whiteboard, reading materials and PowerPoint.
  9. Hands-on portions of certain training courses will require participants to use equipment such as, forklifts, harnesses, chainsaw, fire extinguishers etc..etc…
