Experience required (3 years)
Experience working in the federal department of health
Experience preparing travel request and expense claims using the PWGSC Travel AcXess Voyage EMT system (Expense Management Tool)
Experience issuing commitment numbers, decommitting funds and processing invoice payments using the P2P system through SAP
Experience making credit card purchases for a federal department
Experience requesting and receiving quotes
Experience managing hospitality requests
Effective communication skills (English essential)
Knowledge of Lotus Notes, Excel, and WordPerfect/MS Word. Ability to type charts, documents.
Ability to use common office equipment such as; Computer, fax machine, photocopier, calculator, etc.
Ability to work without close supervision and have an excellent attendance record.
Able to work in an extremely busy schedule with tight deadlines.
Experience working at the Public Health Agency of Canada
Knowledge of MECS (Ministerial Executive Correspondence System)
Flexible Hours: 8:00 - 4:00 or TBD (7.5 hours/day)
Security Clearance at Reliability Level is a must.
