The Format of our Courses

- Off-the-shelf training courses that we purchase from training providers and facilitate for your employees;
- In-house courses that we have developed. The format of these courses includes, but is not limited to, full-day workshops, half-day courses, training seminars and train the trainer sessions;
- On demand, we can also create full training programs to address specific needs that you have identified within your organization. We then work in close contact with Subject Matter Experts that you refer to us.

The key to preventing long lasting effects is learning the skills necessary to effectively deal with it at the onset. This course is designed to identify potential stressors in our lives, and develop the skills necessary to deal with them. It looks at the nature of stress and it considers the relationships between stress and health, and between stress and work performance.
In this course you will define what is stress and measure your own stress level, understand the impact of stress on one's life and manage it; learn techniques for self-talk to "change your mind, change your behaviour", find practical solutions for dealing with day-to-day stress; identify triggers of stress and develop a long-term plan to effectively deal with stress.
Anger can affect every part of your life. It can become a challenge for many adults, teens and children. Uncontrolled anger is a major factor in domestic violence, spousal abuse, road rage, marital conflict, workplace rudeness and disruption. Unresolved anger issues can diminish quality of life by adversely affecting health, work and family situation. We believe in a pedagogical approach to anger management. The participants in this course will learn 8 effective tools for managing anger, allowing for a better understanding of anger and the implementation of new behavioural patterns. Our hands-on approach will allow participants to examine behaviours and situations with a different outlook; they will be able to practice these effective tools and implement changes in their response to anger.

When establishing goals, it is crucial to understand self-talk and the impact it has on achieving goals. Neuro-lingusitic programming is a behavioural approach to reprogramming self-talk. Understanding individual typing will also allow the possibility to understand our own functioning when setting goals.
